Right.. I have been on Maternity Leave now for 2 pay cycles. 1 of which was fully Maternity wage. I should have received 90% pay but have received full pay. I notified my area manager that I was pregnant unofficially at 12 weeks, and then wrote him a letter,as described in our retail directory, and gave him my MAT B1(think that's what it was called..) form. My area manager does tend to be a bit slack at getting things done.. So I am concerned that he hasn't told our payroll dept. that I actually am on maternity leave. I know that I have to say something, but am I liable to pay back the extra money they have already paid me? And if he hasn't told them, what are my rights if they try to revoke my wage due to not notifying them? There are witnesses to him receiving the letter/form as well..

Are those 3 days 10 hour days? some companies count style complete time at 30 hours. She could additionally be working from living house some. Is she nonetheless accruing ill time or did she have it left over from until eventually now her maternity go away. i'm confident they made some particular arrangments.

I'd keep it. If they question you about it later just play stupid and say you didn't notice. Tell them you did the steps you were suppose to do in notifying your manager and such and just say you didn't pay much attention to your check because you were so busy with your new baby. If they can't do their job it's not your problem. You did everything you should have done. I would put aside that extra money for now in case they do catch their mistake. It's their mistake not yours!

I would be honest and not spend the extra money and find out what is happening 1st.

If I over paid someone I'd want my money back. Mistakes happen. I'd keep bugging the guy.
