Obviously that would go against morals and values of society, but scientifically speaking what would that child be like?

One generation of inbreeding may not cause many medical problems, but it's still not a good idea, particularly since in your scenario, the couple are brother and sister. It makes no difference that they are twins because they are not identical.
If inbreeding happens throughout multiple generations, it could bring down a dynasty. Just ask the Hapsburgs.

Called incest in short...this may not cause any problems, however there are risks because the parents are so closely related. In many places first cousins can not marry for the very same reason. Im sorry but you should seek counseling about these unnatural feelings they could better direct you.

If they were a boy twin and girl twin, it would be like any other brother and sister having a baby together. Probably just more risks of problems...

twins when one is male and the other female are genetically speaking the same as if they had been born at different times. only identical twins share the exact dna and they cannot procreate together.
though i have always thought it would be odd if two sets of identical (one set male the other female) married and had children. wouldn't those kids genetically speaking be full genetic siblings? strange huh?
