Yes they can. My mom was 34 and my step dad was 61 and my sister is now 20, I was 14 when she was born, and it has been a lot of fun.

Yes, your mother can get pregnant by that 54 year old man if he hasn't had a vasectomy, assuming your mother is fertile. You should talk to your mother about your feelings but it's up to them if they decide to have a child together.

Men can have kids at any age as long as they still produce sperm. Women however can't have kids after their body goes through menopause or they have had their "parts" taken out or tied. And I hate to say this, but you don't have a choice if your mom wants another child. She is young enough and it is up to her and her husband. You can be open with her and let her know, but don't get angry if she wants another baby.

I believe men can have babies until the end of their days to be honest with you. As long as they can still get the job done then they can have babies at whatever age. Sorry :( Try not to ruin your moms happiness, she deserves to have someone in her life that makes her happy. You will just have to get over being jealous and deal with the changes that are about to come.

Yes, it's more her health and age that matter then his. Unless he's had a vasectomy.
