Cooked eggs are high quality, uncooked are no longer. abode made mayo must be prevented because it incorporates uncooked egg, yet commercial mayo (eg in jars) is okay because of the fact the eggs they use must be pasteurised. undergo in strategies that deciding directly to consume issues (or no longer) is a controversy of possibility administration. It would not propose that some thing will definately pass incorrect in case you consume the incorrect issues - so do no longer panic in case you have been gorging down each and all of the 'incorrect issues' for the final 20 weeks! - regularly attempt to consume a healthful balanced foodstuff regimen (no longer too many sugary or fatty meals - nicely perhaps some treats yet no longer daily!). contain dairy foodstuff for calcium when you consider which you're making bones, and a few beef or different iron-prosperous foodstuff. - evade chilly meats, soft cheeses or preprepared salads (that could have been sitting around an prolonged time) as they are listeria risks. soft serve ice cream is a possibility besides - the machines are not wiped clean suitable. - make useful all your fruit and veges are washed nicely. - Medium uncommon meat is a possibility as a results of toxoplasmosis - ask on your meat to be nicely completed. - evade synthetic sweeteners. - No alcohol - decrease back on caffeine (no extra advantageous than 2 cups of espresso according to day, or equivalent). - Fish is healthful and strong for toddler's yet some fish have quite a number of mercury. many times the extra advantageous, longer lived fish are a situation. evade swordfish, shark and tuna steaks. Tinned tuna is okay because of the fact it comes from a smaller form of tuna. Salmon is powerful. Congratulations on your being pregnant and strong good fortune!

Not a good idea.

It is the raw eggs that are the problem. They can carry bacteria like salmonella, which would normally be killed by cooking the eggs.

It is up to you whether you risk it or not, but I personally wouldn't risk the life of my unborn child, just for the sake of going without mayonnaise for a few months.
